CEESEN Bootcamp training sessions will be run by experienced trainers from CEE region and will include both theory and practical exercises. 

Hector C. Pagan

Hector C. Pagan has nearly twenty years of experience working with civil society /third sector organizations in the United States and Estonia from various fields including energy management, environmental science and social services. He is the main coordinator of the stakeholder engagement and training activities within the PANEL 2050 project (www.ceesen.org). During this time, he has written dozens of successful project proposals for Funders in the USA, Europe. In the past, he has managed multiple projects funded by Horizon2020, EU, Erasmus+, Interreg.


Andreas Karner

Andreas Karner is Senior Consultant and the Team Leader of the Energy and Environment Team at ConPlusUltra Ltd, Austria. He holds a Masters Degree in Environmental Management and has been working as a project manager for national and international renewable energy and energy efficiency projects for more than 15 years. His areas of expertise covers capacity building and training of public institutions, energy efficiency in buildings, policy development and evaluation studies of policy & funding programmes as well as energy and climate protection strategies. He has effectively managed numerous projects for private and public clients such as the World Bank, UNDP, the European Commission and the EBRD.


Elis Vollmer

Elis Vollmer is the head of the centre of renewable energy of Estonian University of Life Sciences. She has worked in the Centre of Renewable Energy since 2006, focusing mainly on co-operation and dissemination activities. She has extensive work experience in leading renewable energy projects (both national and EU level), project coordination and communication.


Giorgi Davidovi

Giorgi Davidovi holds MA in Democracy and Governance at the University of Tartu UT and has expertise in stakeholder management and network governance in energy sector. Currently, Giorgi serves as Project Manger at Johan Skytte Institute of Political Studies UT. Previously, he has been involved in international projects and worked for several non-profit organizations in Georgia, namely as Program Development Officer, auditing the implementation of projects strengthening the capacities of civil society institutions, consulting about non-profit organization development and advocacy campaigns.
